"Fifty Shades of Grey" Stars Big Winners at Razzies

The Golden Raspberry Awards is a spoof of the Hollywood award season. The Insiders reports that "more than 900 members from 48 states and 20 foreign countries cast their vote for the films that may not have been so critically acclaimed."

Fifty Shades of Grey, Jamie Dornan, and Dakota Johnson won big. Johnson took the Razzie for Worst Actress. Jamie Dornan was awarded Worst Actor. Fifty Shades of Grey tied with Fantastic 4 for Worst Picture. It won for Worst Screenplay. Last, but not least, Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson were awarded the Razzie for Worst Screen Combo.

This has to take at least some of the wind out of Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson's sails, as filming for the movie's sequel--Fifty Shades Darker--is already underway.
Does it sound like The Razzies was out to get Fifty Shades of Grey in just about every way imaginable? There were other "winners" on Saturday, but none won multiple awards like Fifty Shades and its actors.

Fifty Shades Darker is set for release on February 10, 2017--just in time for another hot and steamy Valentine's Day. That likely means Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson can expect more Razzies in the next couple of years.

Max Emerson by Joe Lally

You may recognize Max Emerson as the male model who stood completely nude in the middle of a laundromat for Adore Delano's "DFT" video, or the delightfully engaging Instagram star who captions life, not photos.

But that changes today. From this point forward, you will remember Max Emerson for his collaborative project with avant garde filmmaker and erotic photographer Joseph Lally. As part of his eight-part “Beauty” series for fashion film house SHOWstudio, Lally has tapped Emerson for a “performance” in the second episode.

Of the series, SHOWstudio says:
Following on from his rolling ‘Soap Opera’, avant garde filmmaker Joseph Lally offers up a new series in his signature dark, dystopian, raw style. ‘Beauty’ features performances from the likes of Daphne Guinness, Max Emerson and Drew Hudson, and focuses on ‘the fashion industry and its dependence on the objectification of beauty,’ to quote Lally.

Robert Pattinson is the New Spokesperson of Dior Menswear!

Congratulations, Robert Pattinson!
It was revealed on Thursday that the 29-year-old actor is the new spokesperson of Dior Menswear, representing the Dior Hommes Ready-to-Wear collection for autumn 2016.

“We approached Robert Pattinson for the Dior Homme autumn 2016 campaign. He was already the face of the Dior Homme Fragrance and he was thrilled to be also the face for fashion,” Christian Dior Couture’s chief executive officer Sidney Toledano tells WWD.

“When we told him that [famed photographer] Karl Lagerfeld was going to shoot the campaign, Robert was even more enthusiastic and indeed, the campaign is perfectly reflecting the spirit of Dior Homme.”
This is the first time a Hollywood star will be representing this specific brand, though various stars — including Jennifer Lawrence, Natalie Portman and Rihanna have acted as the face for the womenswear line.

The Vampire Diaries: the End?!

Ian Somerhalder Nina Dobrev Paul Wesley Vampire Diaries may be on the verge of cancellation as the series starts to wrap up the second half of Season 7. Following Nina Dobrev’s exit at the end of last season, fans have long wondered how long the show could go on without one of its main characters. With a possible cancellation looming, Ian Somerhalder admitted that the future of the series was not high on his list of priorities.

During an interview with ET Online, the Vampire Diaries star addressed the cancellation rumors head on. In particular, Somerhalder revealed that the cast and crew of the show are not worried about the network pulling the plug on the series. Instead, they are all concentrating on ending Season 7 in the best way possible.

“It’s something that everyone is talking about and there is a lot of speculation about it because we’re so far into it. I’ll be honest with you, right now we’re just trying to get through this one and just make this a really, really good season of television,” Somerhalder explained. “We just want to get through this year and make it good and we’ll see what comes about. That’s all we’re trying to do, but you’ll be the first to know.”

With Dobrev no longer a part of the show, the series has explored alternative storylines in Season 7. This included focusing on Somerhalder and Paul Wesley’s characters and their battle with the Phoenix Stone.
At the same time, the show has featured more episodes directed by Wesley and Somerhalder, which is definitely a strong point this season. In fact, Somerhalder is currently working on the finishing touches on the episode he directed this season.

“I’m going to be editing my episode all night, and that’s just kind of my main focus right now,” he shared. “Other than that, I’m just hanging with my wife [Nikki Reed] and my babies — our babies, all these furry creatures that we have.”
Meanwhile, the Insiders is reporting that Somerhalder recently took to social media to try and gather fan support for the show. With rumors of a cancellation gaining ground, many fans took his efforts as a desperate move and clear indication that the end of the show may be sooner than expected. “Come on WEST COAST and MOUNTAIN TIME ZONES!” Somerhalder wrote on Twitter." #TVD #TVDfridays is about to happen! Turn on those TV SCREENs – go out later, it’s Friday ;).”
The Vampire Diaries was recently moved to a new time on Friday nights. This could be one reason why Somerhalder felt the need to take to Twitter and remind fans about the show. Even if this is true, it just goes to show how desperate the network is to bump up ratings, which is one reason behind the decision to move the show to a new night.
In addition to the low ratings, it isn’t clear if Somerhalder will be sticking around on the show for much longer. After all, Somerhalder has expressed a desire to start a family of his own in the past. Will he give up his role on The Vampire Diaries in order to help Nikki Reed raise their kids? “Well, you know, those are the coolest things in the world,” Somerhalder told ET. “Standby.”

At this point, the fate of The Vampire Diaries is unknown. Considering all the signs and changes in the past year, things don’t look well for the long-standing series. Whatever ends up happening, fans can expect the network to announce something in the coming weeks as the hit show wraps up its latest season.
The seventh season of The Vampire Diaries continues Friday nights on The CW.

Yellow Undies Are A Bright Idea!

Most men open their underwear drawers and don’t see yellow anywhere. It’s an uncommon color choice, and one that some brands don’t even dabble in. Which is a shame, because yellow undies are a simple way to add some cheery style to your wardrobe. They’re bright, they’re fun and they’re sure to earn you compliments.

A guy who wears yellow undies hasn’t lost touch with his inner child. He has a confident sense of style. He’s fashionable enough to even consider the color. And no matter your taste, yellow can be accented to fit your personal style.

Yellow undies are almost always contrasted by another color to tone down the powerful punch of color. Some brands use white waistbands and seams to keep things bright. Some brands use black accents to make things more sporty. Others pair yellow with warm colors such as pink and red to bring out the color’s warm side. It all depends on the shade of yellow.
But no matter the shade, yellow underwear is something every guy could use at least one pair of.

Model Edward Frame wears eight pairs of yellow undies in our photoshoot below, each designed by a different brand.

The brands give the color slightly different personalities and prove that aesthetic is never bound by color. Your taste in underwear can be bold or casual, trendy or simple, and there is still room for yellow undies.

Calvin Klein and Wood are featured with yellow trunks that keep the color casual. The bodies are solid yellow, accented only by bold waistband. But the waistband’s are bold in different ways. Wood’s clean white waistband always stands out, especially with its gold lettering. Calvin Klein’s black waistband is wide and made even bolder with its all-caps branding.

Xtremen, wearMEunder and Cocksox are a little less casual. These brands design their yellow undies with more accents for a trendier look. Cocksox goes the sporty route with black seams, and wearMEunder does something similar with bold white panels. Xtremen also achieves a sporty effect but with a thick grey waistband.

Papi, Clever and Marcuse all do something less conventional on their yellow undies by bringing more colors into the mix. Clever and papi both use bright oranges to give their pairs some cultural flair. And then there is Marcuse. The use the color yellow as more of a jumping off point for a graphic print brief that’s all about a fun and vibrant energy.

World Premiere Interview: Calum Winsor: Australia's Own

Please introduce yourself to the readers:
Hi my name is Calum Winsor, I am 26 years old and born and bred in Sydney, Australia. I grew up on the North Shore/Northern districts. Currently I work as a model, fitness model, dancer, actor and other forms of entertainment from TVC’s, to MC’ing and hosting events corporate and social. I am an avid health professional and highly involved in exercise, nutrition and lifestyle. I have always been involved in many sports and forms of training. I previously worked as a personal trainer in gyms, group training and outdoors before finishing my Bachelor of Ex Health Science, which plays a large part of who I am today and my work ethic, routine and motivation in my life today in all forms.
How and when did you first get into performing?
I guess you could say I first got into performing as a child involved in competitive and high level sports. Then, involving myself in dancing from the age of around 15 and also having a goal of wanting to model. it was a gradual development. I found myself modeling life experiences and situations before clothing and brands. It was around the age of 20-21 when I began getting involved in all different kinds of performing to gain different experiences and venture outward. I competed in a natural fitness/body building competition in 2009, which played a large role in enjoying stage performance. I began getting in front of the camera as much as possible and consistently involving myself in as many kinds of performances as I could from modeling, photoshoots, dancing onstage and in shows to hosting events.

Who were some of your biggest inspirations?
Some of my biggest inspirations growing up were Channing Tatum as he has a similar look to myself. I wish to one day be also doing well in front of the camera and on screen. Tyra Banks was a huge role model as she has been a greatly successful top model for an established length of time and also progressing to hosting her own show and creating herself as a popular, lovable skilled TV personality as well as a beautiful successful model. I would love to achieve a level of success in the public eye and be working towards a full and successful skill set in anything I am involved in and strive to achieve.

What kind have training have you done?
Consistently maintaining a regular and intensive exercise regime from 5-7 days a week involving all forms of training with multiple sessions daily, including resistance training (hypertrophy), cross-fit, interval, powerlifting etc. Cardio wise, I regularly cycle long distances weekly on my carbon race road bike and run 3-4 times a week. Dancing, I have involved myself in classes over the years in hip hop, commercial (JFH), jazz weekly and contemporary/lyrical from time to time.

What has been your favorite role to play so far?
I recently have been working for Vodafone as ‘Lightning Fast Man’ here in Sydney and also just shot some online commercials and hopefully TV as well. This role involves wearing a superhero lycra costume and being full of energy and getting everyone involved, aware and loving Vodafone via network tests and setups.

What projects do you have coming up?
I literally have a 10 page editorial spread in DNA magazine at the moment for April 2014 which is out now and released. I have several flash mobs in Sydney which I am a part of in various locations. I have been booked for a feature film, also which is shooting in Sydney playing an ancient soldier and a stand in for a lead actor which is a little bit of fun. Also, I’m hoping to lock into an MC hosting role for Miss Hooters Australia Pageant Competition coming in may. I am also hoping to get some more fitness model infomercials through some new contacts after shooting this week for I-Novo Maxiclimber on the ‘Mornings’ show on channel 9 on Moray 31/mar/2014, airing in april every morning.

Who would be your ideal co-star and why?
I would really love to work alongside Mark Wahlberg, as I really appreciate all the amazing work he has been bringing to the world recently and in the past. I really admire his dedication to his craft! I love how he goes from drama to action to comedy and thriller and all the cross genre skills and versatility he has.

What are your plans for the future?
My plans for the future are to explore the USA . I have booked a 3 month trip to the US for SEP, OC, NOV and plan on spending 3 weeks in LA dancing and taking classes all day every day to experience the best in the work and better my skills and network. Then, I plan to travel down to Miami for 2 months and live in South Beach, Miami, enjoying the weather, the culture and the lifestyle whilst working on photoshoots, building my portfolio and rendezvousing with Mega Models again. Then hopefully travel to NY for 1-2 weeks before possibly coming home to Sydney for Christmas. Ideally, I would love to be living and working in the USA and furthering my career. Future plans beyond this, involve going back to university to study another degree or two if I can, to verse myself in as much as possible and broaden my skill set academically.

What is your advice to aspiring performers?
Get out there and try everything and anything! You never ever know until you ever give it a go! Find something you like and love it, you will know if you are doing the right thing for yourself just by how it makes you feel and whether you wake up in the morning thinking about it and dreaming about it at night!

Interview with Calum Winsor

Talk me through an average day in the life of you?
An average day for me currently involves waking and heading to the gym to train my personal training clients which in turn motivate my day. Then I do my own little workout before enjoying the sunshine by the pool or going for a run or catching up with friends. I then grab something healthy to eat before heading out to train more clients and if I'm lucky I'll train a second time. On days when there's casting or photoshoots I usually make myself available and make the magic happen.

How did you get into modelling?
I fell in love with the idea of modelling watching the first season of America's Next Top Model. Then when I was dancing and doing other arts in Sydney I met the right people to motivate me and help me get into it.

What have been some of your highlights so far?
Highlights have definitely been coming to the U.S. and meeting/working with some of the most amazing big names of the industry, with some beautiful images and relationships to show for it.

What has been your most memorable shoot?
The most memorable is definitely this calendar shoot as I have invested so much energy into its creation and I'm extremely happy with how it's come out. Brian Jamie is outstanding and apart from being one of the best photographer's in the world at what he does, he is a complete champion and all round beautiful guy!

What can you tell us about the images you shot for this project?
The calendar is called 'LOVE', with the hope that everyone who sees it loves it. There is bright, colourful, strong, cheeky, fun and playful images that I feel really represent me. I hope I can show people the positive and good energy I try to bring everywhere I go, as well as a little sex appeal lol.

Can we expect to see you flash more than a smile in some of the images?
There might be one, two or three... cheeky images hehe.

As you know, you have to be pretty confident in your own skin to model. What's your favourite part of your body?
I'm a big believer in symmetry, balance and working on the whole big picture. I love my legs because they don't fit into any pants that any brand seems to make - I guess from squatting all day - but I love how I'm put together and that I focus on every part of me when I work out.

Which part of your body gets the most compliments from lovers and fans?
Definitely my legs and booty lol. Being 6"3 and having these giant pipes seems to inspire people and get some attention at the same time.

As well as the calendar you have also shot some well-toned gift/hallmark cards. Which one would you show me to ensure you got the best feature possible on my blog?
The idea of these cards is to be bright and extremely eye-catching. A good portion of them are crops which just show a little peek of a certain pose or position. They can be sent for a birthday, the holidays, Christmas, whatever... But to receive a half naked 80's tennis player bending over to pull up his knee high sock or to see my booty doing a yoga pose is designed to put a smile on everyone's face!

So there are lots of different options available?
There will be lots of options which you can buy individually or in packs. There will also be one or two nice options for Valentine's Day with the blood love heart sure to cause a stir!

Where can fans pre-order your calendar and when does it ship?
The online store is up and working now! Visit calumwinsor.com.

Thanks Calum!
