Nick Jonas knows exactly how to keep his kingdom healthy.
"Sex is such an important part of a healthy life," the 22-year-old singer and star of DirecTV's "Kingdom" said in the magazine of Attitude.
"In a sense that it's such an intrinsic part of who you are," he added.
He certainly appears to have entered a time of self-discovery in his life apart from the Jonas Brothers ,
the boy band he was a part of with his older brothers Joe and Kevin for
most of his younger years before they broke up nearly one year ago.

To stay on course with all the changes taking place in his life, Jonas emphasized the importance of a having a great sex life.
"No pants needed," the Flaunt magazine the steamy photo on Oct. 2 on Twitter.
"I think that I've never even tried to like wax or shave my chest hair or anywhere else," he said to Attitude. "I'm a man, I don't really need to! That's the beautiful part about being a man!"
