the Fashion Institute of Technology Rocks the FILM NOIR and the BFA annual FASHION of the FUTURE!

FIT, known as the HARVARD of FASHION....the fabulous Design Students have done an remarkable creation collection inspired the old Hollywood film of the 40/50's, FILM NOIR and myself as the Art Professor working with a very dearest amazing friend who have appeared in over a hundred Bridal/EveningWear Magazines from all over the country, Ruben Cruz along with the Iconic Fashion illustrator, Steven Stipelman and the Dovima of Fashion, Sharon Rothman, along with Alexandra Armillas, former big name designer of Christian Dior.

As on the Committee of the AAS Exhibition that present the graduating Design Student their work,( in the past from inspiring Gianni Versace to Vivienne Westwood, Valentino to Alexander McQueen), this time a theme inspired by the Hollywood classic films of Sunset Boulevard, Gilda, along  Casablanca etc.

       

  

 

 

 CAMERA LIGHTS!, ACTION! STRIKE A POSE!! CALVIN KLEIN, CAROLINA HERRERA, NORMA KAMALI, NARCISO RODRIGUEZ  what do they all have in common, those Icons and big Fashion Names represent as Critics for the annual BFA fashion Show represent those talented Designers' work. I attended the front row seats with Steven Stipelman, Vasilios the RealtyTV star of SHOE STAR (the new Project Runway)....Here are the scenes of the Annual Event of the Year!
