The graduating class of the AAS of Alexander McQueen successfully made the event to remember. As a Designer, full-time Professor, Evening Coordinator, AAS Committee, Set/Prop Designer, and the Alumni of the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology, I worked with incredible extremely well-known Designers and illustrators including Ann Kong, Alexandra Armillis, George Simonton, Ruben Cruz, Sharon Rothman, Steven Stipelman and Dara Dorosh of the Fashion industry. Selected the Gothic theme song very mysterious sounds and props with black crows that McQueen was known for., and yes gold candelabra. I selected the color story of florials and got the amazingly New York Florial Designer, Shelly Beach to create a masterpiece. The award winning student Pablo did an incredible showstopping gothic design with my dearest friend, the fabulous eveningwear designer Carla Wescott as the critic. And Derek Whitter an amazing arttist won the critic award for his masterpiece drawings.. The McQueen event was certainly a night to remember...... Rest in Peace McQueen, he would have been impressed with the exhibition........nt
