 American actor Justin Scott Hartley was born on January 29, 1977 in Knoxville, Illinois. He is a product of Southern Illinois University Carbondale as well as of the University of Illinois at Chicago. During his college days, he majored both history and theater. His career in acting started in the year 2002 when he played the role Nicholas Foxworth “Fox” Crane on the TV series Passions until 2006.

 After his successful performance with the said TV series, he was able to land another role which was on Smallville by which he acted as Green Arrow and Oliver Queen until 2011. He also had appearances on films including Race You to the Bottom, Red Canyon, Spring Breakdown, and several others. Presently, he appearred as Scott Thompson on the TV series Mistresses. Now he is playing the role of a lifetime as the devious badboy "Adam Newman", on America's #1 Daytime drama, The Young and the Restless since 2014.

 

Justin is apparently one of the Hollywood guys who possess such incredibly ripped physique. His secrets? Of  course, regularly hitting the gym and doing grueling workout. He is known to be performing various exercises such as working out by using machines, cables, and free weights. And whenever he’s spent out at the gym, he usually shifts to cardio exercises.

 

 And to come up with well-developed muscles, he opts for foods that are loaded with protein and carbs as well as foods with omega fats.
