World Premiere Interview: Tiaan Kotze

South African native Tiaan Kotze started modelling at the age of 20 but at the age of 24 took a break to focus on his other profession as a vehicle mechanic.

Now modelling again Tiaan is travelling Europe meeting clients.

What’s been your most lavish purchase?: Bought a pair of Sennheiser headphones 2 weeks ago, well worth the money.
Hobbies: Muay-Thai, Watching UFC, Boxing. Working on cars, 4x4s. Offroading. Surfing. Movies.
Fitness Regime: Jog every 2nd/3rd day, muay-thai routine on punching bag or shadow boxing (use to do 2 years full time and now I’m hooked), casual abdominal workout at home.
What was the last movie you watched?: Captain Phillips

What was the last track you listened to on your iPod?: ‘Not giving In’ (Rudimental)… this track is insane.
Do you have any Guilty Pleasures?: Sweet pastries, they’re divine. Apple bake and warm custard, chocolate twist, sugar and cinnamon croissant etc. etc.
What is your biggest fear?: Growing old. There’s so much I still want to achieve.
What is your dream country to visit?: Think I live there, hehe. SA is the best. But I definitely want to make a trip to South America (Chile, Argentina, Brazil).
If you were not modelling, what would you be doing?: Vehicle Mechanic, been doing this for last 2 years before I came to London this January.
If you got to relive one day in your modelling career it would be…: Hahaha, every time I get paid. Most of the shoots that ive done have been fun and interesting.

What’s the funniest thing that has happened to you on a shoot?: Literally had to look up a girls skirt for one shot.
What’s your favorite fashion city and why?: Paris, just been there once and it was great. Beautiful city. Cutest thing to hear a 3 year old speak french.
Who are your idols?: My brother

How much money would you need to shave your hair off? Depends on what it is. So long as its for something worth while.
