WOAH! You'll never guess what Victoria Beckham has said about the Dolce & Gabbana Vs Elton John IVF baby fallout!

Has Victoria Beckham picked a side between bestie Elton John and the Italian designers?

The fashion world was shocked when Italian designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana made a controversial comment regarding IVF babies during an interview with Italian magazine Panorama.

During the interview, Domenico said: 'I am not convinced by those I call children of chemicals, synthetic children. Rented uterus, semen chosen from a catalogue ... psychiatrists are not ready to confront the effects of this experimentation.'

Domenico's business partner and ex Stefano Gabbana added: 'The family is not a fad. In it there is a supernatural sense of belonging.'

Elton John was disgusted with this, as both of his gorgeous babies Zachary, 3 and Elijah, 2 with husband David Furnish were conceived through IVF treatment.

 He wrote on Instagram 'And shame on you for wagging your judgmental little fingers at IVF - a miracle that has allowed legions of loving people, both straight and gay, to fulfill their dream of having children.' Elton since then has urged people to boycott the fashion label Dolce and Gabbana.

'Your archaic thinking is out of step with the times, just like your fashions. I shall never wear Dolce and Gabbana ever again. #BoycottDolceGabbana.'

Stefano Gabbana responded to Elton's remarks, calling the singer a 'fascist' and using the hashtag #boycotteltonjohn" - eeee!

But who'd have thought that Victoria Beckham would have a voice and back Elton! You go VB! She tweeted earlier: 'Sending love to Elton David Zachary Elijah & all the beautiful IVF babies.'

Now, Victoria and a host of other celebrities have condemned the fashion house using Elton's original hashtag.

Courtney Love, Ricky Martin and screenwriter Ryan Murphy of Glee fame have waded in and shown their support of Elton using the hashtag #BoycottDolceAndGabbana.

Since the original statement, Stefano released a statement insisting their remarks were 'personal views' and the designer duo didn't 'judge other people's decisions' with Domenico adding that he grew up in a 'traditional family' in Sicily and is 'aware' there are 'other types of families' as legitimate as the one he's known.
